Infrastructure for territorial regeneration

Network coordination Collective intelligence Regenerative finance

Transitioning to a regenerative economy, aligned with people and planet, means building the infrastructure that holds it together: shared intelligence, coordinated networks, and finance built for the long run.

The regenerative transition needs social, knowledge, and financial infrastructure to connect individual efforts and territories between each other. We contribute building that infrastructure by partnering with regenerative networks — supporting their coordination, knowledge systems, and financing — then sharing what we learn back into the Commons, for the benefit of all bioregions.

What we do

We work on the connective layer of regeneration: financial strategies designed for landscape scale, knowledge systems networks can actually use, and the coordination that lets initiatives act together across their territory.

Network coordination

Weave the networks and relationships that make a territory coherent

Regenerative transitions are coordination problems before they are anything else. We weave the networks and relationships that make a territory coherent, and we design and run the events and workshops that give them shared rhythm and direction.

  • Bioregional network weaving & sensemaking
  • Events and workshops organizing services
Collective intelligence

Make knowledge something a whole network can use

Networks can't align around what they can't see. We design and maintain the knowledge infrastructure — bases, maps, and dashboards — that turns scattered material into a commons a whole territory can build on.

  • Complex research & visualizations
  • Collective knowledge infrastructure
Regenerative finance

Finance transitions at the pace and scale regeneration needs

The financial systems that exist weren't built to sustain territorial regeneration. We design and run alternatives — BioFi and landscape-scale strategies, and the collective financial infrastructures that carry them — that reward systemic outcomes, not isolated outputs.

  • BioFi & landscape-scale finance strategy
  • Funding and capacity building programs

Working across a territory or network?

We help initiatives move from isolated projects to shared strategies — finance, knowledge, and coordination designed for the scale of regeneration.

Projects

Work we've done at the connective layer — funding programs, network coordination, and territorial sensemaking across Catalonia and beyond.

Regenerative finance Network coordination

Long-term financing facilities for landscape-scale regeneration

Altiplano Estepario

A bioregional financing facility for one of Europe's largest semi-arid landscapes — built to fund landscape-scale regeneration over years and decades, not single grant cycles.

A portfolio view the whole network can orient around

Bioregional Weaving Labs

We structured BWL's portfolio of place-based labs — relationships, programs, geographies, funding status — then built portfolio views and maps that let stewards compare initiatives without collapsing local context.

Territorial grantmaking locals can trust — and verify

Regenerant Catalunya

A territorial funding program we designed and operated for a global matching-funds round — pooling capital from Catalan donors and global matchers, then distributing it to local regenerative projects through a cooperative shared treasury.

Collective intelligence

An interactive map of who is regenerating Catalunya

Regenerant Catalunya Maps

A collaborative, searchable map of the organizations, programs, and events working toward a regenerative Catalunya — 179+ entities mapped and growing, built on the same data commons that powers our knowledge work.

Mapping ecosocial transformation worldwide

Bioregioning Earth

A research project mapping the organizations stewarding transitions at bioregional scale around the world — the practices, actors, and models this work can learn from.

Who we work with

Organizations, networks, and institutions that see ecological and social health as inseparable — and understand that their work needs to operate systemically to affect real change.

We are part of Miceli Social and the Federació de Cooperatives de Treball de Catalunya.

Bioeconomy & regenerative agriculture

We coordinate the farmers, producers, and processors across a regenerative value chain into portfolios that can be funded and scaled together.

Nature restoration initiatives

We map a landscape's ecological and social systems, then build the governance and funding models that let restoration hold long-term, with real stake for the communities on the land.

Local & regional governments

We coordinate the programs and partners already driving a regenerative transition across a territory, so it holds together.

Economic development organizations

We take a holistic approach to development — mapping what's on the ground, then building the coordination infrastructure that lets initiatives act as one ecosystem and grow impact together.

Global networks & researchers

We track, map, and visualize a network's full portfolio of initiatives — the infrastructure researchers and stewards need to see the whole and compare what's working.

Impact funders

We connect funders to portfolios of for-profit and non-profit projects regenerating landscapes holistically — vetted, coordinated, and ready to fund.
